1979-82: M.A. in Music History from the Ohio State University.

1971-75: B.M. in Piano Performance from the State University College at Potsdam, N.Y.

1967-71: High School of Performing Arts, N.Y.C.

 

Employment

1981-83, 1984-present: Musician for the Dance dept. at UNCG. Duties include providing musical accompaniment for ballet and modern dance classes; teaching a Music for Dance and a Dance Appreciation class; hiring and scheduling dance accompanists; composing/performing for dept. concerts.

 

1991: Artist-in-Residence in the Dance program at Alma College, MI.

 

1984: Accompanist at Peridance studios in N.Y.C.

 

1983-84: Faculty member in the Dance Dept. at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

 

1983: Accompanist at the first Bates Festival in Lewiston, ME. Accompanist at the Alvin Ailey studio, N.Y.C.
