Federal Tax Forms Everyone must fill out this form

I-9 Form If you do not have a current I-9 form on file with UNCG you MUST fill out this form in order to be paid. Employees not residing near UNCG can fill out the form in front of a notary who will certify your documentation. Please be sure to read the "List of Acceptable Documents" and bring the proper documentation with you.

North Carolina Tax Withholding Form If you reside in North Carolina you must fill out this form.
