The university will enhance learning environments with increased student access to modern technology, equipment and academic resources across all disciplines, including an endowment to regularly update practitioner labs in the School of Nursing.

Science Building Equipment Fund
This fund provides equipment for the new science building plus chemistry, biochemistry and biology teaching laboratories.

Weatherspoon Art Museum
The university will further enhance the museum's regional and national reputation through original and scholarly exhibitions and publications, educational programs and a renovated courtyard.

Chancellor’s New Venture Fund
A fund for new ventures enables the chancellor to identify and nurture promising ideas, develop new educational programs, modify current programs and undertake community service awards.

Alumni House North Carolina Higher Education Bond Project
This historic house will undergo renovations with technology upgrades and new electrical, heating and cooling systems.

Aycock Auditorium
UNCG will fully renovate this auditorium to maintain its central role in the life of the university and the Greensboro community while fulfilling match requirements for the bond provision. Of the total goal, $.5 million is for the North Carolina Higher Education Bond.

Spartan Office Complex
This field house will contain offices for 50 full-time professional, locker rooms, a training room, a weight and workout room, study areas, a Hall of Fame, large meeting spaces and equipment and laundry rooms.

Baseball Club House
While UNCG boasts some of the finest athletic facilities in the southeast, they are not all complete. The baseball clubhouse will augment our stadium with locker rooms, and equipment and laundry room and an indoor hitting facility.
