Welcome to the University Box Office and Arts Information Center. During the academic year, we are the ticket and information hub for the wide array of exciting performing arts events that occur at UNCG. One of the many services offered by the Elliott University Center, the University Box Office provides ticketing for the Dance and Theatre departments, the School of Music, the University Concert & Lecture Series and all ticketed UNCG Student Organization events. We also provide ticketing services for events occurring in both the Elliott University Center and Aycock Auditorium. Whether for a department on campus or an off campus organization holding an event at UNCG, the University Box Office is ready and able to offer professional fine arts ticketing services anywhere on campus.

Monday – Friday
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Performance Venues
During performances, the Box Office will open at the performance venue 1 hour prior to the performance start time and close 30 minutes after the performance start time. Box Office associates may not be available by telephone for some events. Rare exceptions to the above event hours may occur for some student organization and other special events.
Box Office Hours (Summer)
The University Box Office is closed during the Summer Sessions. Tickets to individual events are unavailable, however season tickets are available for performances in the Department of Theatre and the University Concert & Lecture Series.
