Exchanges
Exchanges from one performance to another of the same show are allowed, if done at least 1 business day before either the requested performance date or original performance date, whichever is first.
If you wish to make an exchange and are purchasing online, please email boxoffice@uncg.edu following your purchase and reference "Ticket Exchange" in the subject. Please be specific about what performances you are exchanging.
