Tickets are available for nearly all events online, 24 hours a day, through midnight the day before the event. During our Regular Hours tickets may be purchased via telephone or in person at the EUC or School of Music Box Office. Tickets are also available in person at the event location beginning one hour before the event begins.
Online Sales are great if you need to purchase in advance during a time other than our Regular Hours. Also, if you would like to use an American Express or Discover card, those payments options are only offered online. Mastercard and Visa are accepted online, by phone and in person. Purchasing tickets over the phone will save you some service fees, allow you to ask questions about the event and, for reserved seating events, give you much greater flexibility in selecting your seat location.
No, all individual ticket must be purchased; we do not hold tickets without payment. Large group orders are subject to a partial payment at time of reservation and must have final numbers and payments to the box office one week before the event.
Yes, we accept Cash, Check, Mastercard and Visa at all performances. We open 1 hour before the event begins at the event location and remain open until 30 minutes after the event begins.
You must have your FirstCard available to receive your discount. You may receive your discount in person or over the phone. You must present your FirstCard if purchasing in person or provide the 16 digit number from your card if purchasing over the phone.
Group discounts are available for UCLS performances, Theatre productions, and occasionally a few other shows. Please call the box office if you are unsure if a group discount is being offered.
Student, Child and Senior (60+) discounts are available for most shows. There is a faculty/staff discount available for all UCLS shows. Prices are set by the presenting department/organization, so discounts vary by show. Call the box office to inquire about discounts for a particular show.
UCLS and Theatre offers season tickets at the beginning of the school year. These packages typically become available starting in the middle of the summer and continue through October. Order forms will be mailed to past patrons and be made available online.
Yes. All of our primary performance spaces have wheelchair accessible, and Aycock Auditorium is equipped with a hearing assistance system. As we have many different performance spaces, please call the box office or visit us in person so we can best accommodate any needs you may have.
Parking varies based on where the event is occurring and who is presenting it. To identify the best parking option, please visit our venues page and read the parking instructions specific to your event’s location. If the event location is not listed, contact the box office directly to get parking instructions.
The box office does not have a comprehensive list of all events. Most of our events are available online and can be viewed by month. The four primary departments have their own event calendars on their individual websites. Dance, Music, Theatre, and UCLS. To inquire about student organization and other department events, please call the box office directly.
The only method for checking availability is by calling or visiting the box office. If it is a weekend or after regular hours the day of the show, you may call the main box office line to listen for any performance updates. If a show is sold out or in danger of doing so, we will put that in our box office phone message. However, the vast majority of events we ticket do not sell out.
When purchasing tickets in advance the box office will collect address and phone number information for all patrons. This information is used strictly to notify patrons of any show changes that may occur and inform patrons of upcoming Dance, Theatre, Music or UCLS events. The box office does not sell or release personal information to anyone other than the event producer.
Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable, so please be familiar with what you will be attending. Some events include themes and language that are not appropriate for children. We attempt to inform patrons of events that are strictly for mature audiences, but we encourage those bringing children to ask us or the presenting department if they are not sure of the event’s content.
