The Reservations Office is responsible for coordination of meeting and lounge space in the EUC.
Non-University affiliated groups wishing to rent facilities will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will be referred to the Office of Continual Learning for sponsorship. Rental and other fees will be charged. Profit-making ventures are excluded by law from the University campus (see Merchandising Policy).
Notice
The reservation books for the 2008-2009 academic year (June 30, 2008 to July 31, 2009) are now open to reserve spaces in the Elliott University Center and other spaces reserved through the Office of Student Life (The Fountain, College Avenue, The Quad, Foust Park, and Stone Lawn). The books will open April 14, 2008, for reserving the EUC and Atrium display cases, indoor railing over the EUC Commons area, as well as outdoor banner space on the front of the EUC.
