Who is the typical student?

    The "typical" Nutrition and Foodservice Systems  student is becoming increasingly difficult to pinpoint. Men and women from many different backgrounds are now finding their futures as nutritional scientists, public health professionals, clinical dietitians, nutritionists and food service management personnel.
