Dietetic Internship
The Dietetic Internship provides a post
baccalaureate, pre-professional practice program with emphasis in clinical
/ community or administrative dietetics. Placement sites are with hospitals,
diet / fitness centers, long term care facilities, and county health departments.

Restaurant and Institution Management Internship
The location of UNCG in the Piedmont Triad,
an eight-county urban area of almost 1 million people, affords students
a wide range of opportunities for internship. Privately owned and chain
managed restaurants, six major hospitals, numerous school districts, eight
colleges and universities, a regional airport with in-flight catering facilities
are within a short driving distance of the campus.
