Building a Multimedia Project Site on the Web

If you like, you can expand your semester paper project to include an online exhibit. If you decide to do such an optional online exhibit you need to master the basics of webpage design. For this purpose, consult the following instructional guides on the web:

Your Web Exhibit Should Involve the Following Structural Components:

• a portal page to enter the project which lists the title, and identifies you as the author
• an abstract or summary of the project whcih should fit into one computer screen
• a guided and illustrated tour through the project
• a link to your five-page final paper with title page and bibliography
• a link to your personal page with information about the author
• a link to UNCG (http://www.uncg.edu) and the 589 course page at (http://www.uncg.edu/gar/courses/lixlpurc/589/syllabus.htm
