Parking Decks
Most summit registrants please park in the OAKLAND parking
deck, accessible from
Spring Garden Street at Kenilworth or Forest
streets.
Walk from the OAKLAND parking
deck downhill,
cross Spring Garden Street, and follow signs to
the
Elliott
University Center, two blocks away.
Summit
sponsors, exhibitor, advertisers, and speakers, please park in the WALKER
AVENUE parking deck.
Walk from the deck toward the large expanse of lawn and
sidewalk to
the Elliott University Center, one block away.
Upon
entering Elliott
University Center, look for signs to Cone Ballroom. Upon entering Cone Ballroom, you'll
receive
your summit
registration
packet
including one free parking
deck exit pass. If you lose your
one free parking deck exit pass, then parking deck exit
is
$6/day.

registration form due by Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors are provided a 30" wide x 6' long table, set up for you in
Cone Ballrooms near the ballroom entrance
and near the refreshments, encouraging
participants
to network and visit your exhibits.
If you require a second 30" x 6' table, please request that ahead
of time via gerontology@uncg.edu.
Electrical outlets are available around the perimeter of Cone Ballroom, but
if your
computer
runs on
battery
power,
your table can be positioned more advantageously within the room.
If
exhibitors require assistance hauling exhibit materials, please contact us
a week ahead
of time (Wednesday April 7, 2010) and we will try to arrange unloading/loading assistance via gerontology@uncg.edu.
Exhibitors may unload exhibits on Sterling Street near Elliott University Center
and may park in the Walker Ave. parking deck one block away.
Advertisers
Advertisers please submit your ads as B&W .eps or .gif or .jpg files
by Wednesday, March
31, 2010.
The Summit program booklet is printed black and white on 8.5"x11"
paper so your:
> 1/4-page should be approximately 4" wide x 5 long"
> 1/2-page ad should be approximately 7" wide x 5" long
> Full page ads should be approximately 7" wide x 10" long.
Advertisements should be sent as black & whilte eps,
gif, or pdf files. If we also receive a color .jpg ad from you, we will post
it on our Summit
"Thank you" web page all year long.
