Application Deadlines
Please check your program website for application deadlines. If specified, they must be followed. Some programs accept new students only in the Fall term, and others accept students for any term. Be sure to check closely, because the program requirements will supercede the general requirements below.
If program deadlines are not specified, the following apply:

  • For Fall admission, applications are due by July 1
  • For Spring admission, applications are due by October 1
  • For Summer admission, applications are due by April 1

All applications for graduate programs are processed in The Graduate School. Questions regarding the application process may be directed to the person indicated on the program website.

Be sure to check the program for which you intend to apply, as many programs have different deadlines. Program specific requirements replace the general requirements noted above.

The Graduate School has general supervision of graduate study throughout the College and schools.
