About Your Visit What to Expect During Your Prenatal Visit    This visit will be scheduled about a month before your due date.  It will last about an hour and will include an interview and viewing video clips of babies.       Please Bring: · Completed Questionnaires (Yours and Your Partners) What to Expect During Your 6 Month Visit   This visit will be scheduled within one week of your baby's six month birthday.  It will last about an hour and a half and will include free play with your baby and two temperament tasks.  You will also be interviewed while watching the tape of you and your baby; we will provide a babysitter during this part of your visit.       Please Bring: · Completed Questionnaires (Yours and Your Partners) · Extra Bottles · Diapers/Wipes · Your baby's favorite toy or anything that will help your baby feel at home. ***Remember, we want to see your baby on a normal healthy day.  If your baby has a cold, is teething, or had a very sleepless night, please call us at 336-334-3561 to reschedule your visit for a better time. What to Expect During Your 16 Month Visit   This visit will be scheduled within one month of your toddler’s 16 month birthday. It will last about an hour and a half to two hours. It will include 3 tasks with you and your toddler. After which you will be interviewed while watching part of the tape of you and your toddler; we will provide a babysitter during this part of your visit. Please Bring: · Completed Questionnaires and Consent Forms (Yours and Your Partners) · Extra Food · Diapers/Wipes · Your toddler's favorite toy or anything that will help your toddler feel at home. ***Remember, we want to see your toddler on a normal healthy day.  If your toddler has a cold, is teething, or had a very sleepless night, please call us at 336-334-3561 to reschedule your visit for a better time.
