    Norma W. Honeycutt has served as the Executive Director of Partners In Learning Child Development and Family Resource Center since 1998. Under her leadership, Partners In Learning has become a Model Inclusive Center, and has received a 5 Star license and National Association for the Education of Young Children Accreditation. She took on the challenge of building public awareness of the need for early identification and early intervention. Norma serves on many organizations boards and committees, including the North Carolina Child Care Commission. An early childhood educator of 34 years, she presents workshops, in-service training, statewide, and has presented nationally. She is certified to provide Special Instruction for Infants and Toddlers, and provides CBRS to young childcare in the homes.
