Application Process
Applications for admission to the M.Ed., M.S. and Ph.D. programs are reviewed once annually for Fall admission. Required are: a completed application form, three letters of recommendation (preferably at least two from academic faculty professors); transcripts of all earlier work; the scores of the Graduate Record Examination (Verbal, Quantitative, Writing Proficiency); and a professional statement indicating: (1) reasons for pursuing graduate study in this field, (2) previous experience and training in this or related fields, (3) professional goals, (4) whether attendance will be full-time. Students applying for admission to the MS research thesis option, the MS/PhD track, or the PhD program should also indicate (5) their primary areas of research interest and (6) the faculty members you are most interested in studying with and working with. Application fee is $45. Applicants wishing to visit the University for a discussion of their plans are encouraged to do so. The graduate secretary can also arrange for you to speak with a current faculty member or graduate student about the program or about your interests. If you would like to do this, please indicate any particular faculty members or graduate students you wish to speak with, along with your research interests and the program in which you are interested.

M.S. in Family Life and Parent Education: April 15th
Masters in Education (B-K ISED) June 1st
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate: April 1st
