November 4 (Wednesday) CFRN's Fall Lecture "Violence against Women and Children: Public Health and Human Rights Prospective" by Dr. Jacquelyn White - 5-7:00pm  at the Greensboro Central Library, Nussbaum Room (219 N. Church Street)

November 5 (Thursday) NIH Grants Information Session: Learn about changes in guidelines and format for NIH grants as of January 2010. Noon-1:30pm in 219 Stone. Bring your lunch, beverage and dessert will be provided.

November 13 (Friday) HES Sustainable Community Presentation: "Slow Foods & Community Supported Agriculture"  by Anne Marie Scott and Susan Andreatta, 11:30am - 1:00pm in 401 Gatewood.  Samples of organic, local food from Zaytoon's Restaurant will be offered, Sustainable Foods Book Fair in the Gatewood Lobby, T-shirts for purchase.
