1) How do I obtain or change my academic advisor?
You must contact your departmental office and inquire about obtaining a new advisor.

2) How do I declare my major?
To declare and/or change a major with the University, visit the University Registrar's Office online at www.uncg.edu/reg/. Click the 'Major Changes' link and complete and submit the form. (For IARC, SWK, and HDFS students, a secondary application for admittance into the major is required for consideration for formal admittance into the program. Please contact the individual departments or the HES Advising Center for specific information on how to apply.

3) How do I appeal my grade in the School of Human Environmental Sciences (HES)?
In addition to following the University procedures outlined within the Grade Appeal Policy found in the Undergraduate Bulletin, the student must submit their request for a grade appeal utilizing the HES Student Grade Appeal Form accessible below.
