Congratulations on your upcoming HHP 2008 graduation!

• Time: 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2008.
• Place: Michael B. Fleming Gymnasium, in the HHP Building.
• Parking: Available at the Walker Avenue Parking Deck at no charge.

Deadlines

• March 28, 2008: UNCG Registration Deadline for applying for Spring graduation.

Please note:
The Graduation Program for the School of HHP will include the names of graduates who have applied for graduation with the Registrar's office. We receive an updated list from the Registrar on approximately April 4. If you register late, your name may not appear in the HHP Graduation Program.

Summer graduates should contact their respective departments to inform them if they will be walking in May or December. If this is not completed by April 4, names may not appear in the HHP Graduation Program.

Details

• Graduates are asked to gather for assembly by 2:00 p.m. in the Two Court Gymnasium (Room 141, HHP Building).
• In an effort to avoid using a ticketing system, we ask that you limit your guests to six.
• Doors to Fleming Gymnasium will open at 12:30 p.m. for guests to arrive and take their seats.
• The ceremony lasts approximately 1.5 hours, followed by a reception where light refreshments are served.

Photographs

• During the ceremony, photographers will photograph you when you are recognized by your department head and called to the stage.
• Photo proofs will be sent to you, at no charge, in approximately 7-10 days following the ceremony.
• You will have the option of purchasing additional photos; however, there is no obligation to do so.
