Congratulations to upcoming HHP 2009 graduates !

• Time: 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2009.
• Place: Michael B. Fleming Gymnasium, in the HHP Building.
• Parking: Available at the Walker Avenue Parking Deck on a first come first serve basis.

Please note:
Students completing all degree requirements by the end of the spring semester are encouraged to participate in the May Commencement. Students completing degree requirements by the end of the Summer Session may participate in either the May or December commencement ceremony.

Details

• Graduates are asked to gather for assembly by 2:00 pm in the Auxiliary Gym -HHP 141 (this location is subject to change, so please check before assembling).
• This will follow the University’s Commencement Ceremony, which is being held in the Greensboro Coliseum.
• All graduation participants are asked to wear their academic caps and gowns for the Graduation Ceremony. We encourage your participation in this special event. The Ceremony will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a reception where light refreshments will be served.
• In an effort to avoid using a ticketing system, we ask that you limit your guests to six.
