The UNCG Speech and Hearing Program is currently accepting new adult patients. For questions or to schedule an appointment, please contact us at (336) 217-5120.

Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Insurance

Currently the UNCG Speech and Hearing Program participates with the following insurance carriers:

• MedCost Preferred
• NC State and Teachers Health Plan- Indemnity Program only
• First Health
• Conventry Health
• PHCS
• Medicare

Our program is unable to accept:

• Medicaid

For insurance plans not listed above, our program will be happy to submit claims in the event your plan provides out-of-network benefits.

FOR ALL PATIENTS: We strongly advise all patients to familiarize themselves with the options and coverage offered by your individual healthcare plan. For questions about your benefits, please contact the customer service number listed on your insurance card. Also, please be aware that fees not reimbursed by insurance are patient responsibility.

Referrals

To help us successfully bill your insurance provider, please contact your physician for a referral prior to your first appointment.

Patients may bring in written referrals or request their physician fax us at (336) 217-5127.
