Director, Speech and Hearing Program
As director, Michael brings both clinical expertise and extensive experience in rehabilitation administration to the program. Michael specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of geriatric voice disorders, including LSVT, and laryngectomy rehabilitation. His additional interests include stroke, head injury and swallowing rehabilitation. Michael received his Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Arkansas and a MBA from Meinders School of Business.

S. Crutchley
S. Crutchley, M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
After receiving her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from UNCG, Crutchley practiced in a variety of settings, including school, hospital, long-term care and home health. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders, aphasia, auditory processing disorders,bilingual speech/language impairments and accent reduction.

Shantee Foster
Shantee Foster, M.A.
Graduate Student, Clinical Psychology
Shantee is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at UNCG. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and families on such issues as anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, and behavior modification. Shantee’s work with the Speech and Hearing Program is supported by an HRSA Graduate Psychology Education Program grant.
