School of Health & Human Performance

The School of Helath and Human Performance (HHP) houses five departments, a special program for older adults, a speech and hearing center, and a special center for women's health. All of our faculty members are committed to health and wellness in their teaching, research and service. We have many special degree programs at the undergraduate and graduate level, and three doctoral programs in the School. Our graduate programs in several departments are accredited and we pride ourselves on our outreach activities. Our faculty and students in HHP continue to work together with faculty in other departments within HHP, throughout UNCG, and across the nation for the benefit of our teaching and research endeavors. We recognize that strong programs in research and scholarship grow stronger when that work includes intersecting disciplines.
