What's New in Technology

HHP faculty are on the cutting edge of using technology in the classroom and studio, and for online distance education. On March 31, 2006, faculty from across the five departments of the School shared their innovative approaches to using technology at the “What’s New in Technology” workshop. Duane Cyrus, Assistant Professor of Dance, presented “Using video in the dance studio”. Pam Brown, Academic Professional Assistant Professor of Kinesiology (formerly Exercise and Sport Science), presented her online course, “Exercise for Life”, and Dance faculty Ann Dils, Associate Professor, Robin Gee, Assistant Professor, and graduate student Matthew Brookoff presented their online course, “Dance Appreciation”. The workshop was organized by HHP Instructional Technology Consultant Dr. Jane Harris.
