HDFS Chair to Speak to UN About Immigration

Dr. Daniel Perlman, Chair of the Department of Human Development and Family Studies will be speaking at the meeting of United Nations' NGO Health Committee, NGO Migration Committee, and NGO Committee on the Family on February 7, 2008 at 1:15pm until 3:00pm. The event will take place at 777 United Nations Plaza - Church Center, 11th Floor Hardin Room (44th St. and 1st Avenue) in New York, New York.

His topic is "The Impact of Immigration on Health and Families." Dr. Perlman is speaking also in his position as president of The Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues.
