Three Associate Deans support the academic and research enterprise of the school.

Dr. Williams is the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs and Professor. She works closely with the HHS Directors of Undergraduate Study to create programs and opportunities for our undergraduate students.

She has oversight of the HHS Advising Center, the Office of Life Planning and Personal Development, and the Instructional Technology team. She holds a faculty position as Professor in the Department of Kinesiology. Visit the Office of Academic Programs to learn more about the programs and services offered to HHS faculty and students.

Dr. Demo is the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Professor. Dr. Demo works closely with the HHS Department Chairs and Directors of Graduate Study to create opportunities for the professional and intellectual development of our graduate students. Specific responsibilities include monitoring, allocating, and enhancing HHS graduate assistantship funding, and fostering interdisciplinary graduate courses.

He holds a faculty position as Professor in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies. Visit the Office of Academic Programs to learn more about the programs and services offered to HHS faculty and students.

Dr. Lovelady provides administrative oversight for the HHS Office of Research where her goal is to foster growth in the HHS research enterprise. In this role, she helps researchers identify funding opportunities and supports them in fashioning research ideas into competitive grant applications.
