History Major Advising Center

The History Department requires face-to-face advising with each of our majors every semester. Advisors, who are full time faculty, meet with students to go over requirements, discuss course selection, plan a class schedule, and provide advising codes.

The Advising Center will be open for three weeks in the spring, approximately March 21-April 8.

We will post the full schedule her on the website and in flyers around the History Department. We will also send out an email to all majors shortly after spring break.

Plan to come early in the advising period to get the classes you need and want. No appointment is necessary.

The Advising Center is located in MHRA #2120, opposite the History Department offices.

All history majors must attend the Advising Center in person every semester. We do not give advising codes via email or phone.
