This Dictionary is a reference tool only. It does not nor is intended
to replace the discussion and agreement between the supervisor and employee
on the important skills and/or behaviors to be used on the job.
The Dimensions and Key Behaviors selected must be job related. In
other words, using a particular Dimension must directly help achieve a
Results Expectation.
It is also important that the supervisor attend the Performance Management
training before using this Dictionary.
