Ecovillages Around the World: Global Lessons For Local Sustainability

A renowned ecovillage scholar, Karen Litfin, will be joining the Ashby Dialogue Series in October. Karen Litfin explored ecovillages around the world seeking to find living models that function sustainably with a long-term perspective. Please join us for a slide presentation and discussion of how we can learn from these models and apply those lessons to a larger global space. The event will be held Tuesday, October 21, 5:30pm in Elliot University Center (EUC) Maple Room and is free and open to the public. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.

Wednesday, October 22 at 12pm, Karen Litfin will be discussing her chapter in the Localization Reader in Gatewood Room 401. This section will follow a lunch and learn format.
