Peter Marsh is a co-owner of Workplace Strategies Inc., a commercial design firm specializing in advanced workplace design and facility planning. Founded in Winston-Salem in February 2000 by his partner Alicia Hardin, the firm focuses on holistic design, business strategy, and measurable results. They design buildings from the inside-out. Their current portfolio of work includes projects in the Corporate, Medical, Professional, Educational, Governmental, and Non-Profit sectors.

Peter was instrumental in the founding of the Interplace Design Collaborative, a formal affiliation of small complementary design practices spanning the major markets of North Carolina. Prior to joining Workplace Strategies, he had spent over 16 years with marketing, research, and senior management teams in the Commercial Furniture Industry. His work included product development and sales to numerous Fortune 500 companies, developing innovative solutions to their specific needs.

Peter serves on the Board of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce. He is also currently working with the Wake Forest University Babcock School of Management on advanced educational spaces.
