Moore is a studio principal for the Interior Architecture studio of Little, one of the nation’s largest diversified architectural
consulting firms headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. With more than 25 years of architectural experience in commercial
buildings and an emphasis on interior architecture and financial/insurance facilities, she leads an experienced team of
architects, interior designers and engineers through all phases of new construction and renovation, including strategic
planning, programming, space planning, scheduling, coordination of construction documents, contracts, construction
administration, move management and change management.

Thirteen years of Moore’s experience has been in working with companies to develop comprehensive workplace strategies.
She has worked closely with companies in developing alternative office strategies that take into consideration the company's
culture, management styles, technology advances and current governmental policies. In addition, she has developed
communication programs that help companies manage the changes involved in moving into their new work environment.

Moore attended the University of Texas and received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1983. She has participated in
Herman Miller’s Leader 2 Leader conference and has spoken at the Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate (AECRE)
convention, NeoCon and IFMA’s World Workplace. Moore has also been honored with a ‘Women in Business’ achievement
award from the Charlotte Business Journal.
