ALISON STEELE
As Principal and Designer, Alison oversees the aesthetic and strategic direction on A+S Design’s projects as well as manages the firm’s business, contracts, vendor negotiations, and budgets and business development. With more than 13 years of design experience, Alison has worked on a variety of projects, both large and small. In close partnership with clients and consultants, Alison is known for her energy, resourcefulness, and methodical attention to detail, resulting in a space that is an overall experience.
Drawing on her training, Alison has a passion for all things related to design, particularly researching trends as they relate to individuals and their institutions and how people interact with, and think about design components and results.
