- Language
- Spanish 101, 102, 203, 204
- French 101, 102, 203, 204
- Portuguese 101, 102, 203, 204
- Other Disciplines (courses taught every 1-3 years)
- GEO 491: Current Topics in Human Geography (when Latin American/Caribbean)
Existing generalist courses that may count toward the Latin American/Caribbean Studies Major (and second major) when Latin American/Caribbean-related content is 50% or greater:
- DCE 200: Dance Appreciation
- DCE 205: Dance History I: World Dance Traditions
- DCE 231: Global Dance Forms
- ECO 300: The International Economy
