The I-Fellow position was designed through a cooperation of Housing and Residence Life and the International Programs Center, and ever since then the role of the I-Fellows has been an integral part of the International House. Their main role is to support the international students that reside in the I-House as they transition into the UNCG community. They also serve as a line of communication between HRL, the IPC, and the international students. In addition, the I-Fellows plan programs with the intent of spreading cultural understanding both among the international students and the Americans at UNCG.
Weekly and monthly activities are planned with the cooperation of Housing and Residence Life and the IPC. Some of these activities include movie nights, Friday Fests, cultural events during American holidays, and the International Festival. To learn more about the I-Fellows or to get more involved with I-House activities feel free to contact any of our I-Fellows:
