Mission and Vision
img1 MISSION STATEMENT

The International Programs Center (IPC) mission is to provide campus-wide leadership in the development and enhancement of international programs. IPC gives strategic focus and coordination of all programs designed to promote internationalization as one of UNCG's core values. IPC is committed to assisting students, faculty, and staff to integrate knowledge and develop skills to be effective world citizens in the future global economies and intercultural societies.

IPC staff members strive to expand and maintain one of the largest international student exchange programs in the United States. The IPC staff aims to provide exceptional services, information, assistance, guidance, and support to all international students and scholars coming to UNCG. The IPC staff assists faculty, academic units, and the institution as a whole to secure external funding for international projects. The unit supports INTERLINK, the English Language Training unit, and develops and maintains programs of outreach to local schools, businesses, and cultural groups throughout the community.
