UNCG EXCELLENCE FOUNDATION BOARD NAMED

GREENSBORO --  Officers and board members have been named for the Excellence Foundation at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro for the 1999-2000 year.

Linda Carlisle of Greensboro will serve as president. Serving with her as officers will be Robert S. McCoy Jr., vice president; Dr. Patricia W. Stewart, secretary; and Philip H. Richman, treasurer, all from Greensboro.

Serving on the foundation’s executive committee are: Carlisle, Stewart, Richman, David L. Brown, David B. Craft, Gayle H. Fripp, Terrence E. Geremski, Kay R. Hagan, John D. Hopkins, Victor M. Nussbaum Jr. and Katherine Stern, all of Greensboro; Ashley H. Dozier and McCoy of Winston-Salem.

Directors serving through March of 2000 are: Craft, McCoy, Doris H. Bernhardt, T. Clyde Collins Jr., Dr. Eloise R. Lewis of Greensboro; Dr. David E. Shelton of Wilkesboro; Dawn K. Dowd of Jamestown; Carol F. Matney of Asheboro; Richard T. Griffiths of Atlanta.

Serving through March of 2001 are: Hagan, Hopkins, Stern, Pat B. Austin, Pete Cross and Richard Holderness of Greensboro; Athena P. Gallins of Winston-Salem.

Serving through March of 2002 are: Carlisle, Dozier, Geremski, Randall R. Kaplan, Terald L. Melton and William A. Priddy Jr. of Greensboro; Noel B. Lichtin of Raleigh.
