Greensboro Woman
is President-Elect of UNCG Alumni Association
GREENSBORO – New officers
and directors have been elected to terms on the board of the Alumni Association
of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Ann Fitzmaurice-Russ, of 206 Hermitage
Road, Greensboro, is president-elect of the association. She and her husband,
Matt Russ, own and operate the Tate Street Coffee House. A 1989 graduate
who majored in English, she will succeed Tom Martin of Greensboro and serve
a two-year term, starting in July 2004.
Other new officers and trustees,
who will serve three-year terms on the Alumni Association board, are as
follows:

Second vice president, Alicia Fields-Minkins,
1986 business graduate, of 5 Fleming Terrace Circle, Greensboro.

Treasurer, James Gresham, a 1979 accounting
graduate, of 807 Rollingwood Drive, Greensboro.

Directors, Ellen Bryant Lloyd, a 1988
economics major, of 9 Laurel Cove, Greensboro; Jonathan Reganess, a 2000
exercise and sport science major, of 3901 Battleground Ave., Greensboro;
Terence Westry, a 1993 information systems and operations management
major, of 5608-216 Weslo Willow Drive, Greensboro; Harold Phipps, a 1969
English major, of 191 Winding Way, Boone; Tanya Seate Weary, a 1999 English
major, of 1536 Dogwood Drive, Oxford; David Wiley, a 1977 psychology major,
of 2301 Pirate Court, Raleigh; and Nancy Rose Leonard Baker, a 1958
education graduate, who also holds a Master of Education degree (1962),
of 919 Hunting Ridge Road, Martinsville, VA.
