Dancers Present Original Work in Departmental Concert

GREENSBORO - The UNCG Department of Dance will present a Departmental Concert Thursday through Saturday, Dec. 4-6, at 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m. in the Dance Theatre on Walker Avenue.

The concert will highlight the original choreography of the department's distinguished guest artist Gerri Houlihan, faculty members John Gamble, Eluza Santos and Jan Van Dyke, as well as dance student Laura Arrington.  Most of the work featured in this concert has been created throughout the course of the semester in repertory dance classes.

Tickets will be available through the University Box Office and reservations can be made by calling (336) 334-4849. Admission is $10 for adults, $7 for students and seniors, and $5 for UNCG students.  Entrance to the theater is on Walker Avenue, across the street from the parking garage.
