Julie Reinhart has a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. She is the coordinator of UNCG's Instructional Technology joint concentration between LIS and CUI .

Her research and scholarship focuses on using technology to improve human performance. Her current research agenda investigates distance education as well as technology integration and support in K-12 educational environments.
