Application Procedures
What follows is a list of items you must submit in order for your application to the Graduate School and the LIS Department to be complete. Click on each number to link to more information.

To be submitted to the Graduate School:
- Application to the Graduate School
- Three letters of reference (see also the request for recommendations form for use by references)
- Two Copies of all Transcripts
- GRE Scores

- Personal Statement:
Please include in your application a brief personal statement indicating why you have decided to enter the library profession, your professsional goals, and why you have chosen this program. - Resume:
Please include a professional resume in your application packet. - Technologies Competencies Checklist: Download as .pdf or .doc

Fall entry - March 31
Spring entry - October 31
Financial Aid and Assistantships:
To apply for Financial Aid, you must fill out a FAFSA.
To apply for a Graduate Assistantship, complete the application and submit to the LIS Department.
