What follows is a list of items you must submit in order for your application to the Graduate School and the LIS Department to be complete. Click on each number to link to more information.

Application Deadlines: for Fall entry March 31 - for Spring entry October 31

Personal Statement
Please include in your application a brief personal statement indicating why you have decided to enter the library profession, your professsional goals, and why you have chosen this program.
Resume
Please include a professional resume in your application packet.
