Personal Statement
My goal as an instructor is to touch my students' hearts as well as the whole university community and beyond. I want to spread as much as possible knowledge about people from around the world, in particular latino people and their culture. Not only in the classroom itself, but in events on campus and in our community at large. That is why I participate in the Latin American Film Festival and in cultural events around NC and encourage students, friends of students, and everyone to attend and learn about Hispanic and Brazilian culture.
