Parking


There will be ample parking on campus streets on October 13 and October 14. However, parking on campus will be controlled on October 12. You may park in the Walker Parking Deck, located on the intersection of Stirling and Theta streets right next to Bryan Building. The parking will cost you about $ 5 per day. We will have a limited number of complementary parking exit passes which will be distributed at the time of Friday evening reception on first-come-first-served basis. These passes will allow only one exit from the parking deck.

Alternatively, you may rely on using the UNCG shuttle buses that will be arranged for transporting delegates between the campus and the Park Lane Hotel in the mornings and at the conclusion of day’s events on October 12, 13 and 14. Moreover, the hotel is only 2.2 miles from the campus and the taxi fare between the hotel and the campus will be very small.
