The registration fee (in US Dollars) information is as follows:
| Regular Registration: | $250 (before June 30, 2012), $275 (after June 30, 2012) |
| Student Registration: | $150 (before June 30, 2012), $175 (after June 30, 2012) |
| Companion Registration: | $100 |
| Extra unregistered guests for the banquet | $35 per guest |
Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, reception with Pizza Dinner on the evening of October 5, and conference banquet on the evening of October 6.
