Announcement

We are looking for a new cohort of students to be part of the math-bio fellowship.
Information session will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 in Science Building 217, 4:00-5:00pm.
We offer
  • a research work on math-bio projects
  • stipend of up to $4500 a year
  • travel support to conferences
  • advantage for graduate or medical school
  • supportive group of peers and faculty
We require
  • time commitment of 10 hours during Spring and Fall, full time during summer
  • attending weekly common group meetings
  • working hard
  • having fun
  • open mind
  • interest to learn new things

Announcement

The seminar series starts again on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 8:00am. Location: Petty 007. Weekly meetings will be held. Everybody is welcome to participate. See schedule for details.

will enable 9 UNCG students to work on math-bio research projects and make a $4500 a year.
