Every conference participant should fill out the registration form. Registration for the conference is free.
Registration is closed, but if you just want to attend, feel free to come to the conference and register on-site.
Oral presentations will have a strict time limit of 15 minutes (including questions from the audience), so plan your presentation accordingly. You should have your presentation on a flash drive, so that it can be loaded to the computer station in the classroom. The use of a blackboard/whiteboard will likely not be possible. Using computer stations in the classrooms makes transitions between talks much faster and easier. The computers will have internet access (and programs such as IE, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excell, MS Word).
Poster presentations will take place during lunch break on Saturday. All posters should be set up on Saturday morning through the poster session coordinator. We will provide basic set up equipment.
