Best Paper Awards

There have been 42 student presentations during the conference. The "Best Paper Awards Committee" for AISC-2012 conference has recommended the following seven students for the for the "Best Paper" awards.

Graduate Students Category

Winners: Thais Paiva, Duke University & Kyle White, NC State University.
Runner-up: Sara Becker (University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill) & Archana Polisetti, UNCG.

Undergraduate Students Category

Winners: Anna Tuck & Tracy Spears Gill, UNCG
Runners-up: Caitlin Ross , UNCG

All award recipients will receive a letter, a plaque and a monetary award. Congratulations on behalf of the AISC - 2012 organizing committee and the North Carolina Chapter of ASA.
