Christopher joined the Office of Technology Transfer in August of 2008. He earned his B.A. in Business Management –Marketing, with minors in History and Economics. Chris has nine years of professional experience in the computer industry and marketing fields. He spent 2007 with Pay By Touch biometrics systems in Chicago, New York, and Ohio. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the UNCG Bryan School of Business. After graduating Chris plans to pursue a career in political strategy.

As a licensing assistant at the Office of Technology Transfer, Chris is responsible for providing evaluation of invention disclosures, patent searches, and market evaluations.  Chris will also evaluate the commercial potential of technologies; prepare invention summaries for marketing purposes, and identifying potential licensees. Chris works with the Licensing Associate and Director to educate faculty and students about their rights and responsibilities regarding technology transfer.
