  Summer 2009 funding proposal deadline is January 23, 2009 before 5pm.
  Summer 2009 and Fall 2009 funding proposal deadline is January 23, 2009 before 5pm.
  Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 funding proposal deadline is March 20, 2009 before 5pm.
