Alumni Relations Committee: Keep Alpha Nu Alums connected to the Chapter and inform current membership of Alumni news, especially employment histories, networking contacts, and resource contacts.
Community Service Committee: Plans and coordinates meaningful Alpha Nu community service activities (at least 2 per year).
Education and Teaching Committee
Planning exciting health education activities or events for the UNCG campus or another local setting.
Fundraising Committee: Planning creative ESG fundraising for Chapter solvency. Determines ways Alpha Nu can raise money each semester and organizes the logistics of the activities Works with the Alpha Nu Treasurer to ensure the financial support of all Alpha Nu members.
Public Relations Committee: Promoting the benefits of ESG participation to PHE students, and anyone else who is interested (i.e., all UNCG students, the city of Greensboro).
Research Committee: Assisting ESG members with writing and submitting student publications; and keeping the Chapter engaged in relevant and timely research discussions & article reviews.
Social Committee & Student Affairs Committee: Coordinates Gamman social events within the Chapter, within the Department and with the UNCG community. May develop small ways to celebrate Alpha Nu members birthdays and other important occasions. Plan social activity to accompany initiation ceremonies and senior/graduate banquet.Keep Aplha Nu members up to date with the news & events within the (1) undergraduate program, and (2) graduate programs. The representatives are the pipeline for communication and promotion of Alpha Nu events in each level!
