Grade Appeal and Course or Instructor Complaint Policies
REQUEST FOR STUDENT CURRICULUM MODIFICATION IN PUBLIC HEALTH EDUCATION
A student who is requesting a HEA course or cognate requirement be waived or an equivalent course be accepted as a substitution should submit the Request for Student Curriculum Modification form. You will need to meet with your PHE Academic Advisor to discuss possible options before completing this request. Your advisor must sign the form and submit to the Director of Undergraduate Studies for review and process. Incomplete requests will be denied. The outcome of your request will be sent to you via the email address you supply on this sheet.Please note the following:
- General Education requirements may not be waived. Only transfer courses that have been equated and approved for General Education credit may be substituted for UNCG General Education requirements.
- The minimum credit hour requirement for all Public Health undergraduate degrees, ranging from 122 to 128 depending upon program may not be waived.
