Canadian and Mexican citizens may apply for TN visa status upon entry to the US with appropriate documentation. TN visa status is valid for one year at a time and renewable on an annual basis. Only non-tenure track positions are eligible for the TN visa status. The "TN" status will only be granted if the period of stay is temporary. For further information on TN status please contact the Office of the Provost.
