Once you have completed the application, with the appropriate signatures please return it to the appropriate office (The University Registrar’s Office for undergraduate students and The Graduate School for graduate students).
NOTE: You must also submit the required affidavit completed by the appropriate military authority in order to certify that you are either a member of the armed services currently serving on active duty and stationed in North Carolina or that you are the military dependent of such a military member.
